Membership Information

To join the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln we recommend an appointment to receive the best service possible. Complete membership activation with MLS Service takes approximately 30-45 minutes.

Licensed real estate agents, brokers and appraisers can begin the application process by completing a REALTOR® application. Non-licensees are eligible for Affiliate Membership.

What is an Affiliate Member?

Affiliate Members are professional friends of the association that are generally involved in businesses related to the needs of the real estate industry. Affiliate members are not licensed as real estate brokers, agents or appraisers, but enjoy the benefits of increased opportunities for networking and exposure to the real estate community.

Paying online...

By paying your annual dues and other business events online, you create a detailed accounting of your expenses during the year.  Pay online.

Five easy steps for secure payments online:

  1. Login using your MLS ID & Password.
  2. Click the “Pay My Bill” link to view your outstanding invoice.
  3. Select the invoice to pay, then click “Choose Payment Options.”
  4. Select your payment method; i.e. Credit Card.
  5. Enter the payment information, then, click Submit.

New members are assessed a one-time $275 application fee. The membership year is October 1 through September 30. Accounts are prorated monthly for members joining during the year. Monthly MLS service fees are not included in the amounts above. Affiliate dues are $200 per year ($100 app. fee).

Annual Dues are due and payable August 1.
A $50.00 late fee is applied if dues are not received by August 31, and termination will occur if dues are not received by September 30. Pay online.
